TCM Motorsports competes in Record Series 250 Mile Ensenada to San Felipe Race December 16th, 2011 Heading South once again the team competed well in the Record Series: Race Ready 250 event with a course that took the team from Ensenada to San Felipe. The event served as a perfect way to test out the cars modifications to the transmission and clutch demonstrating that the car was well prepared and ran extremely well. After being impacted from behind by another car the team was able to perform repairs and still complete the race, placing well in class.

		TCM Motorsports Heads to Mexico and the Record Series Race Ready 250 December 6th, 2011 The TCM Motorsports team out of Portland, OR heads south once again to test their skills against the challenging courses of the Baja Peninsula. This is race is a variation of the race the team competed in back in June which takes drivers from Ensenada to San Felipe. The results of that last race showed that although the Class 1 buggy successfully completed 250 miles it was not ready to go the distance in the Baja 1000. Now after continued modifications to the car, the team is hoping that Record Series Race Ready 250 shows that the car is ready to win at 250 miles and take on greater distances in 2012.

		TCM Motorsports Has Good Results at Record San Filipe 250 June 27th, 2011 TCM Motorsports returned to the deserts of Baja with their rebuilt and reclassed car after a four year absence. Moving up into the Class 1 category, the team finished with a 2nd in class and 38th overall position crossing the finish line in just under 6 hours 15 minutes.

		TCM Motorsports to Race in Record Series San Felipe 250 in June May 6th, 2011 With final adjustments to the Chenowth buggy nearly complete the TCM Motorsports team plans to take on the Record Off-Road Series San Felipe 250 race. This will be the first race this vehicle has seen since 2007's Baja 1000 and the first ever entry as a Class 1 vehicle after extensive engine and transmission upgrades form its original Class 10 specifications.

		TCM Motorsports Heads to Barstow for Testing March 21st, 2011 Last week the TCM Motorsports team was in Barstow, California for two days of testing on the re-powered class 1/10 off road race vehicle. Barstow is located approximately mid-way between Los Angles and Las Vegas just off of Interstate 15, on the fringe of the Mojave Desert. The terrain is desolate, much like the terrain found in Baja, and is a great place to test off road equipment. The performance of the buggy was quite impressive and with a few more modifications to the transmission the team will be ready for competition later this year.
